Best Workplaces - Top 25 International

Partnering with Fortune, Great Place to Work bases its Top 25 list on detailed employee feedback gathered through a proprietary survey called the Trust Index. This includes 60 rating-scale questions and two open-ended prompts about workplace experience which measures credibility of management, respect and fairness, a sense of pride, camaraderie, employee well-being and overall trust. While written comments add context, only survey data determines placement.

Companies must also provide information about their programs and strategies for creating a positive work environment. To qualify for the World’s Best Workplaces list, companies must have at least 5,000 employees globally and appear on five or more regional Best Workplaces lists across major regions in the previous year.

In total, Great Place to Work analyzes responses from more than 9 million employees and reviews workplace practices affecting over 25 million people worldwide. Because participation is voluntary, the results represent only companies that choose to take part.
