📈 U.S. High-Tech Manufacturing Construction Spending Declines After July 2024 Peak

After three years of rapid growth driven by investments in semiconductor and advanced electronics production, U.S. construction spending on computer, electronic, and electrical manufacturing facilities peaked in July 2024. From that peak to July 2025, seasonally adjusted annualized spending declined by 8.4%, settling at $115 billion.
