U.S. Big Tech Global Revenue: $1 Trillion from International Markets in 2024
In 2024, international markets accounted for a substantial portion of revenue for U.S. Big Tech. Global sales (outside the U.S.) contributed approximately $1 trillion to the combined revenue of the "Magnificent Seven." The share of revenue from international markets was 63.7% for Meta, 63.6% for Apple, 53.1% for Nvidia, 51.3% for Alphabet, 51.1% for Tesla, 49.1% for Microsoft, and 31.3% for Amazon.
However, trade tensions—particularly with China and the European Union—pose risks to Big Tech’s global earnings. Restrictions on China’s market, tariffs, export controls, and regulatory challenges in the EU could disrupt supply chains, increase costs, and slow growth for these companies.
