In 2023, total insurance premiums in Saudi Arabia reached 65.5 billion SAR. Health insurance remained the largest segment at $10.3 billion (about 59% of the market), followed by vehicle insurance at $3.8 billion (21.8%). Other segments, including property, accidents and liabilities, protection and savings, engineering, energy, and aviation/marine, contributed smaller but significant shares to the overall market.
