📈 NVIDIA’s AI Surge Makes It the World’s First $4 Trillion Company

On July 9, 2025, NVIDIA reached a historic milestone by becoming the first company to surpass a $4 trillion market capitalization during intraday trading. It closed at this valuation on July 10, overtaking Microsoft ($3.73 trillion) and Apple ($3.18 trillion).

Apple was the first U.S. company to reach a $1 trillion valuation in 2018 and hit $3 trillion in January 2022, peaking at $3.92 trillion on December 26, 2024. Microsoft joined the $3 trillion club in January 2024 and reached an all-time high of $3.74 trillion on July 9, 2025.
