Voronoi Community Update (Feb 2025)
The new year is starting off with a bang, and the Voronoi community is growing rapidly. We'd like to extend a big thank you to everyone who supported this app in its early days, and welcome new users and creators who are now joining.
Our development team has been hard at work building this latest version of Voronoi, which is packed with improvements.
What's New on Voronoi?
Visual of the Week
We've implemented a fun feature that allows the community to vote for their favorite data story each week. Creators who find themselves at the top of the leaderboard at the end of the week will have new flair added to their profile, and will have their work featured prominently to all users. Just look for the trophy icon on recent posts to cast your weekly vote or view the leaderboard.
Become a Creator
Do you (or your organization) create data stories that would be a good fit for Voronoi? Well, applying for a creator account is now easier than ever. Just look for the button in your profile.
Improved Navigation
We want the incredible work of creators to take center stage, so we've simplified in-app navigation. Now almost everything can be found in the bottom navigation bar.
Slideshows
Some data stories are too complex to fit into a single image. That's why we launched slideshow functionality to creators in December. We've already seen some very creative ideas using this feature.
