Health and Wealth Are Top Resolutions
Regardless of age, Americans are make resolutions to improve their health and wealth for the New Year.
But for other categories, differences emerge. For example, young adults make resolutions around personal relationships and their careers. However, older adults (65+) don’t seem as keen around those.
In general, New Year resolutions seem to be a young person’s game. Half of those surveyed in the 18–29 age group made at least one. This is compared to only 18% for those 65 and older.
