Fraud continues to evolve across the global economy. Criminal networks now move faster, scale wider, and exploit digital systems more effectively than ever before. Businesses face rising pressure from identity fraud, cybercrime, financial scams, and organized theft. At the same time, countries differ sharply in their ability to prevent and respond to these threats.
This visualization, created in partnership with Inigo, shows how 112 countries rank based on their vulnerability to fraud in 2025. Sumsub built the index using four key factors: fraud activity, resource accessibility, government intervention, and economic health. Lower scores indicate stronger resilience against fraud, while higher scores signal greater exposure to risk.
