ChatGPT Web traffic growth has plateaued

ChatGPT - the viral Chatbot from Open AI, has seen ups & downs in its web traffic over the last 12 months, but is yet to surpass the peak traffic it got one year ago, in April 2023.

It has released many new features along the way, the latest one being the launch of GPT-4o (which may be the boost its consumer app needs).

At ~1.8 billion visits in April 2023, ChatGPT is still hugely popular. However, competition is catching up and perhaps the killer use case for Generative AI is in the enterprise world.
